Cybernet Expo is the longest running trade show that is geared specifically towards the adult internet business. If you’re looking for something different, we offer a number of options that can be added on to our tiered sponsorship packages – or purchased as stand alone packages. The company who picks up the “Bar Sponsorship” is always very popular with our attendees, for obvious reasons, and the “Conference Sponsorship” gives your company the spotlight in what could be the most visible location in the entire show.

If you can’t afford a full sponsorship, that doesn’t mean you can’t exhibit at Cybernet Expo. We’ve reduced the price of our popular Show & Sell tables to just $495 this year – and since your participation at Show & Sell comes with an all-access pass to the show, this option really just costs a couple hundred dollars more than simple attendance.

SHOW & SELL EXHIBIT SPACE

Cybernet Expo first pioneered the conecpt of Show & Sell in 2003, and the format has proven to be extremely popoular with both attendees and exhibitors ever since. When you purchase a Show & Sell exhibit space, your company gets a valuable and cost-effective method for presenting its goods or services to Cybernet Expo attendees. Exhibit tables are affordable, and because Show & Sell takes place over a three-hour period, your staff won’t be locked down to a booth or exhibit for the entire show. Exhibit tables include a full-access pass to the show, which means this is your chance to market your company for just a few hundred dollars more than what you would pay to simply attend the show. You even get free wireless internet access, if needed, and electricity can be arranged for an extra fee of $50. We ask only that all Show & Sell exhibitors bring some free item to give away to attendees — this can be a food or beverage item (supplied through the hotel), or it can be a promotional item for your company, such as branded pens, t-shirts, etc. Here’s what you get:

Sponsoring the Conference Room is a great way to increase your visibility at Cybernet Expo. This sponsorship can be sold as a stand-alone package, or as an add-on to any of the comprehensive sponsorship packages listed previously. Cybernet Expo puts a very heavy emphasis on its educational seminars, classes and panel discussions. Our official Conference Sponsor gets the highest visibility possible in the show’s conference or seminar room, a location where many of our attendees will be spending the bulk of their daytime hours. With the Conference Sponsorship, here’s what you get:
check Your jumbo-sized banner will be hung directly over the featured show speakers at the very front of the room. This is one of the most highly visible spots in the entire show.
check Writing pens branded with your company’s logo will be passed out in the conference room.
check Exclusive table in back of conference room for distributing your company’s flyers, business cards or other promotional materials. Also, exclusive rights to distribute other materials on the attendee tables.

BAR SPONSOR ($2000)
Face it, there’s no better way to make friends than to supply the drinks! Picking up a Bar Sponsorship can be an excellent way to enhance one of the comprehensive sponsorship packages listed above, or it can be a cost-effective stand-alone sponsorship opportunity if your main goal is to meet a lot of people and make new business contacts. With the bar sponsorship, you will be given a set number of official “drink tickets” that you can hand out to Cybernet Expo attendees. Here’s a breakdown of what you get:
check 150 business-card sized “drink tickets” with your logo and advertising printed on each one. These tickets can be redeemed for one free beer, glass of wine or mixed drink at the Lower Lobby Foyer. The show’s bar is operational for several hours each day of the show, starting in the afternoons, and located right next to the conference room.
